Welcome to SeekAIs, a curated directory of AI tools. We index and describe third-party tools, let visitors browse and search the directory, and let tool owners submit a listing for review. We do not create, host, or operate the third-party tools listed in the directory. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit a listing or make a purchase. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will take steps to delete that account.
SeekAIs provides:
We do not sell, resell, or provide access to third-party AI services. Buying credits does not entitle you to any third-party tool, account, subscription, or API access. Any purchase you make from a listed tool is between you and that tool's operator.
Paid submissions do not guarantee publication. Paying for a submission moves it into the same human review queue as a free submission; it buys review tracking, not a placement. We may reject any submission that does not meet our Acceptable Use Policy, and a rejected submission is not refunded.
You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Account Creation: To submit a listing or buy credits, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
The directory itself — its selection and arrangement of listings, category structure, editorial descriptions, site design, and software — is owned by SeekAIs and protected by copyright and other laws.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using SeekAIs:
Your use of SeekAIs is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the listing standards, prohibited categories, review practices, reporting channels, and enforcement actions that apply to the directory. By using SeekAIs, you agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Where these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy differ on matters of listing content, the Acceptable Use Policy controls.
Pay-as-you-go credit packs. Credits are sold in one-time packs. Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD) at checkout. Our current packs are:

How credits are spent. One paid submission costs 100 credits. The current price is always shown on the pricing page and in the submission form before you confirm. Free submissions remain available and do not consume credits.
Credit packs do not renew automatically. Buying a credit pack is a single, one-time payment. It does not create any recurring charge or future payment obligation, and we will not charge you again unless you deliberately make another purchase.
Billing cycle. Credit packs are billed once, at the moment of checkout, and are not recurring, so there is no monthly or annual billing cycle. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, we will disclose the applicable billing cycle and any automatic renewal terms at checkout before you subscribe, and we will update this section.
Credits never expire. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in the Refund Policy below.
Paid submissions and rejection. Credits are consumed when a paid submission is created. If the submission is later rejected, the credits are not automatically returned, because the review work has already been performed. We may, at our discretion, restore credits where a rejection resulted from our own error.
Total charge and taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the total charge for your purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Applicable taxes may be calculated, collected, and remitted on our behalf by the Merchant of Record.
Payment processing. Purchases are handled by third-party payment processors, including Creem and Waffo. For the relevant purchases, Waffo Pancake acts as the Merchant of Record, processing your payment and handling applicable taxes on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details.
Price changes. We may change the price of credits or the credit cost of a submission at any time. Price changes apply only to future purchases and submissions; they never affect credits you have already bought.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring charge to stop: you will not be billed again unless you choose to buy another credit pack. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, you will be able to cancel them at any time, and the cancellation terms will be stated at checkout and in this section.
You may stop using the service at any time, for any reason, by simply discontinuing use of the platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at hi@seekais.com. If you close your account, the remaining terms of these Terms of Service, including the Refund Policy and the provisions on liability, still apply to your prior use of the service.
If you believe you were charged for a purchase you did not make or no longer want, please contact us at hi@seekais.com and we will review your request under the Refund Policy below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are only available for credits that have not been spent.
Please submit your refund request through our customer service email hi@seekais.com with your purchase proof and order number. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment platform.
If a technical failure on our side prevents your submission from being created after credits were charged, contact us and we will restore the credits. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in special circumstances. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and we will post any changes on this page, with additional notice where required by law. Please check back regularly.

What counts as a breach. A breach includes, without limitation:
Graduated enforcement. We may take any of the following steps when we believe a breach has occurred, depending on the severity and pattern of the conduct:
Discretion and notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable. We may act with or without prior notice where necessary to protect the safety of our users, our service, our third-party providers, or where required for legal or security reasons.
Effect of termination for breach. If your account is terminated for breach, unused credits may be forfeited and no refund is owed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Termination for breach does not limit any other remedies available to us.
Your right to appeal. If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting us at hi@seekais.com. We will review good-faith appeals.
Closing your account. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at hi@seekais.com.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not operate or control the third-party tools listed in the directory, and we make no warranties or representations about their accuracy, quality, safety, legality, reliability, or availability. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeekAIs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to issues related to third-party tools, third-party websites, listing accuracy, service availability, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeekAIs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or any listing you submit or distribute through SeekAIs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeekAIs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "last updated" date, or by contacting you. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
